You can use ⌘-B and ⌘-I to make text bold and

Changing Quiz Dates

After you have turned on editing, scroll to find a quiz.








Click on the edit icon (pencil in hand) and check the open/close dates.






See if they're what you want.










Another easy way to do this is select large windows for open/close and instead just hide and view the quiz when you want to (eye icon next to the resource/quiz). Be careful of the dreaded "X" - delete tool.
